DEFECTIVE RETURNS
To arrange a return, first contact an Aaron Auto Supply

No return will be accepted without this number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days

to appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF. On a separate piece of paper write down the
RMA number and place it inside the box.
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair. A part must be determined “defective” by the
warrantor.
If you place a replacement order for the same product Aaron
Auto Supply will pay the freight to return the defective part.
If you do not make a replacement order, we will still
refund the cost of the part. Aaron Auto
Supply will not pay the return freight, and the customer is subject to a 20%
restock fee. All new parts (unless noted
on our site) are sold with a limited warranty.

shipping will be credited for those instances where the return is a result of
our error or the supplier’s error.
