WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

 

LIMITED WARRANTY: USED PARTS

 

Aaron Auto Supply Corp. 136 Peconic Ave. Medford, NY. 11763 warrant all engines, automatic transmissions and rear end assemblies for a minimum of 30 days from date of purchase. Extended warranty is available and must be stated on original invoice. Warranty VOID if part is altered, disassembled, or overheated.  Labor, Electrical, Carbs., and Smog Parts NOT Warranted. In event of defect, promptly notify warrantor within 30 days of invoice date.  Warrantor will at warrantors option refund or within a reasonable time replace mechanical part.

 

Warning: This warranty excludes the return for refund or credit on all used body parts. The obligations of Aaron Auto Supply Corp. are limited to the replacement or refund only. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use are limited to the same days as the limited written warranty. Aaron Auto Supply Corp.

shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to labor, installation, removal or use of this merchandise.

 

LIMITED WARRANY: AFTERMARTKET REPLACEMENT PARTS

 

What is covered?

• It covers new aftermarket replacement parts such as Bumpers, Fenders, Hoods, Grills and other auto body related parts except cooling parts. We guarantee our parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed. The warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure, we will replace part.
• Chrome Bumpers are covered for one year from the date of invoice for failure of the chrome finish. Rust-through on chrome bumpers is still covered as other parts.
• This warranty applies to any vehicle registered in the 50 states of the USA and normally operated in the 50 states of the USA.

 

What is not covered?

• This warranty does not include any costs involved in the installation or replacement, nor does it cover failure of perforation resulting from accident, damages, abuse, chemical corrosion or improper installation. The warranty does not cover costs involved with paint or preparation, or the materials to paint or prepare parts.
• This warranty does not extend to commercial vehicles or fleet vehicles.
• Aaron Auto Supply Corp. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts
• Some states do not allow exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY: REFINISHED OEM WHEELS

 

The sole obligation of Aaron Auto Supply Corp. under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option any refinished wheel product, which is determined to be defective in material or workmanship provided by Aaron Auto Supply Corp. The original purchaser is responsible for all installation charges or incidental expenses associated with replacing the Aaron Auto Supply Corp. refinished wheel product or service.
